\u00a0This study half day aims to present and revisit a part of African scholarship and contribution\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong>to\u00a0 knowledge. The speakers involved in this event will each introduce a prominent African\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>thinker or\u00a0 political leader and analyse both their biographies and political thought\/action in\u00a0<\/strong>a didactic but\u00a0 critical way. The event will be an opportunity for all participants to reflect on the conditions in which African scholarship and leadership has\u00a0emerged. It will also provide an opportunity for\u00a0 researchers to discuss and compare the\u00a0often complex trajectories and legacies of these figures during Q&A sessions.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
