Le juriste expert en droit constitutionnel Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed, au discours hyperconservateur, arrive en t\u00eate avec environ 19&nbsp;% des suffrages exprim\u00e9s. Il devance&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/afrique\/article\/2019\/08\/23\/en-tunisie-le-candidat-a-la-presidentielle-nabil-karoui-arrete_5502253_3212.html\">le magnat de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision Nabil Karoui qui, malgr\u00e9 son incarc\u00e9ration depuis le 23&nbsp;ao\u00fbt<\/a>&nbsp;pour \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9vasion fiscale&nbsp;\u00bb, est cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 d\u2019environ 15&nbsp;%, indiquaient dimanche soir les instituts Sigma Conseil et Emrhod.
